Nate Schoenfelder

Nate Schoenfelder was part of the iJay Practicum from Spring to Fall 2025 (Cohorts 23 & 24) as a member of the Events and Outreach Team, and Nate will graduate in 2027. During his time in the iJay Practicum, Nate gained hands-on experience bridging business strategy, analytics, and technology. He developed a strong understanding of how real-world projects move from concept to execution, learning to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.

Currently, Nate is a junior at Creighton University and is majoring in Financial Technology and Business Intelligence and Analytics. In the Practicum, he contributed to multiple projects spanning alumni engagement, social media strategy, and experiential marketing campaigns. Nate built structured systems for tracking alumni participation, created social media calendars to optimize engagement, and helped design marketing campaigns that connected students with experiential opportunities.

Whether managing projects, analyzing data, or strategizing campaigns, the hands-on experience gave him a practical foundation that translates to his internship and career opportunities in finance, analytics, and technology. The collaborative mindset and professional skills Nate developed continue to guide his approach in both team environments and independent projects.
